new outfit in exchange for the floral rompers

So i went back to fxxi the third time finally decided to exchange for a medium because i don't think i'd like wearing the ruffled lace shorts underneath them every time i wanted to wear the rompers... but then, while i was there i found something better haha. I picked up a bangle ring set and a skirt. When i saw the skirt i knew right away what i'd wear it with - so here's my new outfit - good for clubbing or a dressier summer day outfit :)

black blazer jacket- tommy
patterned mini skirt - fxxi
gold chained quilted bag - vintage
plain black tank top - fxxi

5 piece silver bangle ring set
I also got an essie nailpolish from my sister which we got together with the tart deco one, but she said she didn't think it looked good on her so she gave it to me. It's definitely not as special as we thought, but the color is growing on me haha, i kinda like it now :) It has really really tiny multi-coloured shimmer in it but not enough to show through making it more unique as we see it in the bottle. So it just turns out to be a plain ocean/navy blue type of colour.

Essie - Smooth Sailing
this is darker in real life my camera just sucks balls ><"
come back for more hauls etc. toodles :)

lace shorts under floral rompers yay or nay?

So i can't quite decide if i should exchange my fxxi floral rompers from a small to a medium cause if i keep it a small, the shorts are a little too short but if i get a medium, the arm hole is a little loose. So I'm not quite sure what to do. I want these rompers for sure though - i just can't decide how i'd like to compensate for it lol...

I added the belt to spice it up a little :)
what is of concern....small with lace shorts that
i got from fb shop or medium and no lace shorts?

let me know what you think :)

facebook online shopping haul!

More shopaholicism haha...this time it's stuff i bought off of facebook shops. Shopping/Opening shops on facebook is kind of a popular thing now, it's pretty convenient unless you get unlucky and come across a horrible one. Scamming can be a problem (hasn't happened to me luckily up to this point *touches wood lol*) so, just be careful of who you choose to buy off of and definitely avoid shops who charge you for ridiculous facetrade/late fees. I ain't paying fo'yar goddamn transit fare you cheap ass! I'm the customer here.

lol Anyways, on to what i bought :) I'll start with the oldest one, I actually got this pair of lace shorts a while ago at the end of march i think. It was a disappointment, because it's so sheer, you can see the pattern/colour of your panties if you don't cover your bum good with a long shirt/top. I also expected it to be more ruffly/puffy not just 3 layers of lace. ><" The only thing i figured I'd wear this out with are the new green and pink floral rompers I got from FXXI cause those rompers for some reason are too short for me in a small (I'm planning to go back for an exchange though, i hope they still have it!) So yeah, wasted my mula :(

I got the next three items yesterday after school - this is the third purchase from the same shop! The first item, is a Liz Lisa black pearl cardigan. The whole cardigan is covered with pearls! Super cute and is made with decent quality ^^; (I'm surprised it actually came with tags and everything, I thought it was a replica haha. Or maybe it is, I dunno.

The second purchase is just a plain gray sweater. It's pretty warm, the seller actually warned me about a lot of threads sticking out because she got one herself. But mine turned out okay, there were only a few threads coming out of the thumb hole.

Last item was a disappointment and it was the thing i looked forward to the most in getting! The bag only costed $13! But china quality, the bag is made uneven/lopsided - it's slanted up to one side. :( I already contacted the shop, hopefully I get some sort of discount on future purchases cause I don't think there are refunds/exchange. ><" It's a pretty cute bag aside the quality flaw.

adjustable straps - it can be elongated into a messenger bag
3 divided sections - there is also another smaller zipper pocket
to the back of the bag in the lining.
and it also has a pouch on the back
And that's all for now, in mid-may I'll be expecting the arrival of circle lens. I have contact lens (the hard kind not the soft lens) so this will be my first try. I hope i can get regular soft lens as well, cus my eyesight has gone worse since i bought my hard lens so I need updated prescription and I'm only suppose to have my hard lens for 2 years, this year is my third lololol.

i'm back finally!

It has been an extremely hectic month with assignments and finals. And then the week after finals i've just been out every day and i mean literally every day lol. THANK GOD i passed ochem - no more ever again YAYY (even though it's the most embarrassing mark i've ever gotten in my whole life but...whatever)! Good thing I did really good for my 2 hsci courses so it balanced out my gpa. Then my daddy came back....so we've been going out a lot, which is good cause i don't want my fat ass to grow any bigger from sitting in this chair 24/7 =_=;

And now here I am, finally having time to do some major blogging hehe and update you guys on the stuff that happened. It was elections canada today, and I actually got hired to be the registration officer for the day. I was at the elementary school from 6 AM to 7:30 PM =_= another 13.5hrs of sitting in a goddamn effing chair - but at least i got paid XD hahaha. And it wasn't too bad actually never got so bored to the point i had to pull out my analysis homowork to do. And i got to creep people's personal information LOLOLOL I could've been a creepy stalker on cute guys XD I only saw 2 cute guys though but mehhh I'm not creepy and I have no good memory so I don't remember jack shit about their info LMAO. :P anyways the lady that worked with me was pretty interesting and my 13.5hrs weren't boring/bad at all (aside from the sitting lol).

Rewind to last week of being out everyday haha. I was just basically shopping everyday XD my favourite hobby(?) and something I've been craving to do for the longest time ><" I got a bunch of stuff from Fxxi, Tommy and Zara. Can't wait to wear them throughout the summer!

My bed covered with new stuffffff woooot!!! :D
top row - Tommy, second row - Zara, last row - FXXI (incl. romper), with
bumpits and CG mascara on the side.

I need hairspray for my $2 bumpits :P, and the CG fusion blast mascara sucks balls, i'm gonna have to try and return it to superstore =.=, stupid mascara can't even hold my curls. So when I was down in the states at lovely walmart, I got the Maybelline Black Drama Falsies mascara which works wonderfully - it contains fibres to maker your lashes look extra long! :) I also got an Essie nailpolish in Tart Deco which is a super cute coral color just like my denim shorts! can't wait to put it on hehe <3

Next.... while strolling through downtown on a nice sunny saturday afternoon after a yummy brunch with my parents, sister and niece; I got some skin care stuff from this store cus I ran out of my Biotherm cleanser (the purple tube) - it doesn't work well for acne/oily or combo skin (doesn't do much) so I asked for suggestions and got the Dermalogica Cleansing Skin Wash instead because apparently it works amazing for getting rid of/preventing acne. (I shall review on it later) ^^; and then I got a bunch of samples from the same brand as well as a shiseido 3 step sample...

Samples are all for combo/acne prone skin. The Dermalogica samples include a spf 20
sunblock, day and night moisturizer and a serum.

And speaking of skin care, that japanese toner (Orbis Oil Cut) I mentioned in my first post, did not work out for my skin at all - I just broke out extremely horrible on my forehead and I think it might be because it contains some alcohol in it. Might also be due to stress because of exams but I'm pretty sure the majority of the cause is the toner itself as well as the Biotherm moisturizer (clear purple container with pump - can't remember the name) but those did not go well for me. :( ugh. And now I'm just trying to clear up my skin while I'm still stress free. ><"

So here is my update + massive haul :P And I think I've basically established this blog to be a makeup/beauty related blog now. You'll probably still find some random things that go on in my life but I feel like this is my happy place to splurge and get excited talking about makeup and stuff hehe. Stay tuned for more? :)
